Lanhydrock (National Trust)
Lanhydrock House is the most complete Victorian country house in Cornwall, ideal for schools and groups to visit and explore the 1,000 acre estate.

Cornwall
About Lanhydrock (National Trust)
The house was devastated by fire in 1881 and rebuilt to create an ideal Victorian home for the Agar-Robartes family. Schools are given 3 tours focusing on the different groups that lived here, the elegant life of the family, the hard work of the servants and the separate lives of rich Victorian children.
There’s plenty of space to run about on our 1000 acre estate and a new 50 things trail to enjoy outside. In the house you can learn about the lives of the servants who worked here.
