About Dogs Trust Education Team

At Dogs Trust we offer FREE interactive dog welfare workshops and assemblies that enhance a variety of curriculum subjects.

Responsible Dog Ownership and Dog Safety are the underpinning themes of our programme. One or both these themes feature in all our workshops.

Our interactive workshops are delivered with a great deal of passion, in creative and imaginative ways.

We use a variety of teaching styles to create a memorable, positive learning experience as children discover how to stay safe around dogs. We also discuss the commitment involved in owning a dog. Use of resources such as dog care items, as well as an assortment of other engaging resources, helps to create a differentiated and inclusive learning experience.

Our workshops include as many learning styles as possible, using activities such as drama, discussion, games and group work.
